I plan on buying a PS3 after holding off to see if the PS4 would have BC, but am going to try and wait for a price drop.
My main question is how is the used games market for PS3 games? I know Blu-Rays have a stronger surface versus DVD's when it comes to scratches, but do people often run into trouble or is it a pretty safe bet? I'm looking to cut costs, but will most likely pick up the franchise collections in brand new condition if the price is right.
I'm also curious what some underrated/obscure games are? Below are the games I'm interested in and think I covered most of the big must have games and franchises:
3D Dot Game Heroes // Bayonetta // Castlevania: Harmony Of Despair // Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow // Catherine // Crystal Defenders // Dante's Inferno // Dark Souls // The Darkness // Demon's Souls // Disgaea 3 // Disgaea 4 // Dragon's Dogma // Enslaved: Odyssey To The West // Eternal Sonata // Final Fantasy XIII & XIII-2 // flower // God Of War Collection (5 in 1 pack) // Gran Turismo 5 // Heavenly Sword // Heavy Rain // Hot Shots Golf: Out Of Bounds // inFamous 1+2 // Journey // Killzone Collection // Legasista // LittleBigPlanet 1+2 // Lollipop Chainsaw // Mega Man 9+10 // Metal Gear Solid HD Collection // Metal Gear Solid 4 // Modnation Racers // NBA Jam: On Fire Edition // NFL Blitz // NHL 13 // Ni No Kuni: Wrath Of The White Witch // No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise // Okami HD // Outland // PixelJunk Monsters //Â Ratchet And Clank Collection (PS2 Games Remastered) // Ratchet And Clank (All PS3 titles) //Â Red Dead Redemption //Â Resistance Collection //Â Resonance Of Fate //Â Shadows Of The Damned //Â Silent Hill HD Collection //Â Team ICO Collection //Â Soundshapes //Â Space Invaders Infinity Gene //Â Uncharted 1-3 //Â Valkyria Chronicles //Â Vanquish
Suggestions are always welcome, but if the game has a PC version I will most likely choose that over the PS3 version. Thanks.
