If you can't build it, then you can look for a similar system (maybe with a little lower specs).

@thehig1: As @howmakewood said, you don't need an aftermarket cooler unless you want a more silent one.

There is an other possibility that you might need a better cooler even if you will not overclock and its when you live in very hot places...

ps: Yeah the problem was screaming "driver problem" from miles away (thats why I bet it would be Intel drivers cause they sux), its good that you solved it with just a driver update.

@thehig1: Since you changed to Intel mobos, you didn't accidently connect the monitor/TV with CPU's iGPU in the motherboard, did you?

Cause this seems like the awesomeness of Intel GPU drivers. :P

Just sent it back and get new sticks.

ps: What mobo do you use? And what RAM (clocks, timing)?

860m is outdated then for playing the games i want to?

Your GPU is near a desktop GTX750ti.

860M has a firestrike graphics score of 3904

1070 (laptop) has a firestrike graphics score of 16641

So as you can see laptop GTX1070 is 4,26 times faster than 860M.

This means, a game that you were playing at 14FPS, with 1070 you will play it at 60FPS.

Yeap, the difference is huge...

@Zillaschool: As someone who played thousands of hours with Diablo 1, 2, 3, Grim Dawn, Path of Exile, Torchlight 1,2, Marvel Heroes, Titan Quest, Nox, Loki, and... I can't remember what else at the moment.

Just stay away from Diablo 3. Its current state is better from what it was 4 years ago, but it still sux.

The game feels that is more designed to be a console e-sport game rather than a Diablo arpg.

On the other hand like @howmakewood said, Path of Exile is the best at the moment (since you already played Grim Dawn) but it requires internet too (they have servers all over the world, the lag should not exist now).

And in the end, probably Diablo 4 is near...

You can build it yourself, having a very good gaming build, while staying around $1000.

ps: I choose a 4 slot RAM mobo so you can always use an other 2x4GB RAM when you feel you need more RAM...

ps2: A similar build but with lower MHz CPU and some parts (it should have almost the same gaming performance) different, from newegg.ca:

CyberpowerPC Desktop PC GXS111
