Mad Max is only $20, which is the lowest price I have seen since launch. Even lower than it was during the black friday sale last month. Strange that this is not listed on the winter sale front page. You have to search for it.

I sounds like you acquired some malware while browsing for some internet porn. System restore should be able to set things right again. Although in Windows 8 it is no longer called system restore; it's system refresh I think. And going forward, you should use a browser plug-in that disables all scripts when a page first loads, and then let them run for sights that you trust. Third party scripts embedded in web pages that have untrusted links is how all this malware crap gets acquired.
