Screw you Gamespot. You gave Alien Isolation a bad review and a low score upon its release. This contributed to its poor sales. Because of you, we will never get a sequel. And now here you are three years later glowing about the game as if your hit piece never happened. Shame on you!!!
I am currently playing Syndicate which I got dirt cheap from a Steam sale. I am impressed and I think it is the best AC game next to Black Flag. I am surprised how little attention this game got. I think after Unity, people just gave up on the series. I almost did too. But I eager to give a tv series a chance. . .
I am doing my best to give this show a fair shot. But why do I feel like I have to struggle to continue? It does not seem to have much of a story, if any. It jumps all over the place without getting anywhere. The narrative is not all that compelling either. It has some good characters, without a good story to put them in though. Ordinary I would be excited to see a good sci-fi/western themed show. So far, not so much with this one. . .
This is good to see. Although they can't really ban phones in the theater. They can only ban using them. It's not like they are going to frisk you and confiscate your phone when you walk into the theater. Much like how you can't smoke in a theater, even though you can have a pack of cigarettes on you.
Since Redemption started with an assumed outlaw back story of John Marsden, it makes sense for this to be a prequel. But this would only work with the same guy reprising Marsden. I hope this is for real. Redemption is one of my alltime favorites.
