This doesn't feel like like resident evil more like silent hill and other FPS horror games we seen in the past. Not too much on the story seem like your typical redneck chainsaw massacre.

@GarGx1: warhammer is the most diverse out of all the total game and had a lot of fun playing non human faction. I think it's probably the most replayable because every faction is just so different which is where the complexity focuses on. It's pretty damn fun when you terrorize army with the vampire count and swarm them with bats and zombies. Trying different army builds can be pretty fun.

Sure, but that does not help that tight spacesuits or spacestations is incredible boring to look at no matter the graphics

Good thing there will be planets with lust terrain and etc

Will be looking dated by time it releases..... That if it ever releases...

Assuming we can't play it right now, I mean the next big update will start to rival full release AAA games

@GarGx1: total war warhammer made managing campaign map easier without dealing with things like squalor. Chaos and vampiric seem like there replacement but it's not as intrusive. Battle are the focus and unit roster.

Civilization is much easier, Total War can punish you pretty bad if you lose a battle or settlement. I remember playing as the vampire count and most of my northern army was destroyed by the Chao horde and lost the settlement in the area what was worse was a stack of them was heading towards my home province. Planning is crucial in TW

The "nobody plays or likes RTS's which don't count because they aren't on the PS4" brigade :P

no man, they don't count because they are not third person action games with sections where you walk slowly around while someone expositions at you

but yea when the formula is done right like with Shogun 2 or Attila its pretty glorious. Warhammer didn't grab me but it seems like a well made one, I just prefer historical settings personally

I really like the Total War games, but I'm horrible at them. I even indulge in videos/strategy to better understand the mechanics and still get destroyed frequently. I only really win when I have the overwhelming strength. I don't know why I'm so bad, but that's about the only thing that hinders my enjoyment.

Which faction do you play often? The play style has drastically changed for faction even as someone who has played total war since the first rome had some difficulties adjusting to faction because this isn't faction where the difference are only slight at best.

Example: If you play as the Vampire Count you need to create a lot of expendable zombie units to keep more powerful enemies in check. The top tier units for them are pretty good so once your enemies are dealing with your weaker units you can send in your more powerful ones to finish them off. Overwhelming numbers is a must for some faction.

Even the orcs need to relay on expendable numbers at times because they have pretty shitty ranged units/goblin/early units and their best cavalry will get decimated against other good cavalry units from Chaos and the Empire. You need to focus on unlocking larger more powerful troops to really stand a chance against enemies faction from the later game.

Often times I think ppl just don't pick the right unit composition for there armies so that why they may struggle in the early games. Once you get the hang up it and known how to manage your armies and economy you can be unstoppable.

For god sakes ppl its just cry engine Amazon and CIG were using practically the same 3.8 build. This is not from Unity to Unreal Engine 4.
