Its a showcase of technologie that "Could" in the future be a tool to use with Unreal Engine.

It is being developed by a company named 3DLateral to use specially for Star Citizen/Squadron 42 characters (ex-CryEngine now Amazon Lumberyard) but will be available for other game engines/developers to purchase.

I think Star Citizen got dibs on that because they are the ones funding the development.

I believe CIG has there own not sure thou

They did not want to offend poc that they were mostly on the side of sauron so if they did it would have been seen as racist.........Anyways I don't ever recall lotr haven't ppl who were described specifically as "black" but darker or shallow skin but who they were inspired from were more or less clear.

Going to wait and see how they show off the rest of the features they talked about. Maybe it will be worth a pre order.
