Its like, they try to make it sound impressive, cuz you know, FIVE titles is insane, but if they weren't ignoring their playerbase for half a decade, more than half of those games would be already out, and they simply couldn't brag about anything for 2023.

Yea, TFLOP numbers alone mean nothing in actual gauging gaming performance. Look at RTX 2080 vs RTX 3080, 10 TFLOPS vs ~30 TFLOPS a 3x jump in TFLOP but only gains on average 65% performance difference in gaming. So going from 30-40 TFLOP to ~100 TFLOP might yield upto 50% gains in normal gaming methods. Now when it comes to RT, I expect 2-3x the performance bump from both brands.

With the recent spike in availability and prices dropping drastically, you don't have a new GPU because you don't really want one that much. Also, limiting yourself to only the FE cards is silly.

As for the next gen GPUs... I will wait for official specs. I hate rumours and speculation as they are usually started by attention whores trying too hard and have false and inaccurate information.
