Welcome back. Unions are dead and most of the userbase left around the time you did as well but didn't return. The site is semi active but nowhere near what it was before the redesign and rule changes. They said years back they would do some updates to the forums but it never came true.

I always make sure I have a good pair of shoes and that my clothes fit good. I plan on getting a quality suit soon too. My shirts are mostly Henleys and Button Ups with Khakis or dark blue/black jeans.

I think looking like you care about yourself and how you look makes people look at you in a better light when it comes to work and life in general.

That site continues to deliver on hypocrisy. Hopefully this means the fall and the end of neogaf as a site. It had become rapidly more and more filled with hate and the amount of support for antifa was pretty disturbing. He let that site get out of control with mods that were clearly biased and would ban anyone who expressed a view outside the hivemind. And he allowed the targeted harassment of users that may have voted for Trump(ones that did were banned of course).

I wouldn't be surprised if a large chunk of users there were on some kind of government watchlist

People always make excuses saying they don't have time and put it off till "tomorrow" or complain about healthy food being expensive while they wait in line for fast food. As long as a medical condition isn't preventing you it really isn't hard to lose weight but it takes effort which for some people is too much sadly.

Practice fork putdowns, do weight lifting 3-4 times a week or at least do cardio a couple times a week as well as track your calories on an app. Easy..

I wish I did it when I was a teen instead of waiting till after I was in my 20's.

@mrbojangles25: forum. A place that's extremely difficult to get approval to post on, and is filled with many people that work in the industry. Thomas Mahler, director of Ori, recently posted there asking for what everyone wanted to see in Will of the Wisps.

Stuff like that. Kind of an elite board, and the mods are very strict.

They had a popular member post a "hit list" of members who voted for Trump and that user still post (horrible) threads everyday. The mods aren't strict at all unless you go against the echo chamber and say something positive about Trump or Police.

I did find it funny when they banned that jrpg company(think xseed?) employee simply because he made a post not supporting feministfrequency's views. Not supporting Anita is the quickest way to get banned there.

Anyway about the topic.. just disgusting, prison will probably be absolute hell for hi,

Start getting into weight lifting TODAY(you'll put it off if you keep waiting) if you haven't already. I used to be a complete beta(not saying you are) most of my life until a couple years ago when I started getting into weight lifting. It took a couple months to go from fat with virtually no muscle to skinny. Now I've been bulking for the last couple of months while on a strength program and I'm happier in my life than I have ever been.

I'd also recommend watching Corey Wayne's videos and his book "How to be a 3% man". It's helped me a ton.

As long as you are getting proper nutrition , it isn't all that difficult especially if you are new. Strength and size do rely on eachother for a lot but it depends.

If you want to build strength though you should follow a program like Starting Strength or Stronglifts. Both are proven programs that will skyrocket your strength to intermediate level type strength.

How those 180s° happened? =(

I started bodybuilding a couple years ago and taking care of myself. Got my confidence up and my body in shape and I decided to live my life and to have fun. Wish I did it sooner but deciding one day to go to the gym was the best decision I ever made.

Out of shape, lazy(playing video games not studying) and antisocial with only two or three friends. Basically the opposite of what I am 10 years later.

Wish I could redo it.
