Did you read the articles? The reason they don't have more confidence is China destroyed a lot of the info making it impossible to confirm. The former head of the CDC and many other scientist also believe it came from a lab.
Who exactly is a tinfoilhatter? Is that a personal attack on me for daring to share an update on the origins of the worst padenmic in 100 years that's ruined society? I'm sorry if I ask questions and don't clap like a seal at everything the mainstream media that's been wrong over and over reports.
Go back and watch the video I posted. Does it look like they're searching for the truth or looking for personal attacks on those who aren't close minded.

As the user above me said, there is no substance in any of this. But cherry picking is what tinfoilhatters like to do. Personally instead of trying to find ways to point fingers, we should look for ways to ensure something like this wont happen again. And if it does we can prevent it from being nearly as bad.
And this is needed, because to be frank, the avian flu is starting to look really dangerous. And so do the superbugs.

If they said "most likely" or "most experts believe" or something to that effect I would have no issues. The issue was they said it was IMPOSSIBLE and attacked and banned people for having the courage to ask basic questions using the scientific method. Take a look at Jimmy Kimmel calling it a "crack pot conspiracy theory" from Trump or NPR, MSNBC, etc saying it was IMPOSSIBLE. Did you watch the montage of attacks?
All of that was dangerous misinformation. They were not experts who studied all the data and could say with 100% certainty is was IMPOSSIBLE.
To this day no one knows 100% and unless more info comes out we will not know 100%. However the evidence is looking stronger for the lab leak.

We should have stronger intertional agreements verifying biosecurity. It's scary what they can do in some of these labs.

If it is true then it means we need international agreements for verifying biosecurity the way we do nuclear capabilities and the permitted inspections that foreign countries have. There have been leaks documented, although I am unsure of the consequences that were faced. There are a lot of labs around the world though.
Both the Energy Department and the FBI now say that covid most likely came from a lab in Wuhan. Shocked no one has mentioned this huge story here yet.

My question is what should happen to those close minded, ant-science people and organizations that for years spread covid misinformation that to paraphrase John Stewart, it was impossible for a novel coronovirus detected in Wuhan to have come from the Wuhan novel coronovirus lab.
Not only did these people/organizations spread dangerous covid misinformation saying it was impossible that it came from a lab, they attacked anyone who dared to ask basic questions and try to use the scientific method as racist/anti-science/conspriacy theorist and have their account suspended for daring to think for themselves. Even if there was a small % chance it came from the lab, basic science says to look into it.

Since China destroyed so much evidence no one knows 100% what happened, but the lab leak is a possibility. Should those who, without evidence, said it was impossible have their social media accounts suspended or face other consequences for spreading covid misinformation? If people who shared accurate information that it could have come from a lab had their account suspended or banned, what should the consequences be to those who knowingly spread misinformation?

Bigger picture do you think people should find out all beliefs of people who create media content and only play games or watch movies from ones who they agree with 100%.

My mom also developed horrible rashes because the washing machines don't work properly because they're trying to save water.
Don't want energy prices through the roof? Why not start by keeping power plants that operate at low cost open? Nuclear power, coal power, gas power, etc. How about not having the government forcing people to buy cars they don't want that plug into the grid or banning gas stoves to increase the demand further?
Are videogames on a high end gaming PC or console really the best use of time or energy? Would you support putting mandated energy usage on consoles and PCs if that meant going back to 8 bit graphics? What personal sacrifices are you making?
Meanwhile China has committed to increasing their carbon output until 2030 and may produce more than the rest of the world. That's not a big deal though, right?

Would you like companies to be more aggressive in slowing down your gaming start times and taking control of when you can play in order to fight climate change?
Maybe the government should measure energy usage for each PC and console to measure its carbon output and shut it down if it goes over its allocated amount. Should consoles and PCs be forced to have efficiency just like with cars and other appliances? I'm sure that this will have a meaningful impact on the temperatures on the planet.
Since they want everything to go on the electric grid you can't have your gaming interfering with the limited energy needed to plug in electric cars and electric stoves.
I'm looking to build a new PC and thought this would be a good resource for what hardware works well with PC games, but I don't see much content about gaming hardware other than for consoles.
Where are the articles and review of the new OLED monitors from CES or more affordable ones? Is it better to get a 1440p high refresh or 4k low refresh? What about different size monitors?
What about the state of the graphics cards industry? The new processors or other hardware? Why no guides about what's valuable for different budgets for building a PC or what to watch out for that's not worth the money?

I posted years ago about upgrading my gaming PC but still haven't done it.
When looking at a PC I see you could spend anywhere from $600 on the low end all the way up to $4,000. What's the sweet spot of upgrades? If you spend $2,000 are you getting a much better machine than for $1,500? How much better if you spend $2,500 or $3,000? My current PC has lasted me over 10 years, but I think it's time for an upgrade. If I'm not planning on 4k gaming what specs would you suggest is in the sweet spot?

Kids as young as 4 will be segregated from their classmates for being the "wrong" skin color to engage with their friends.
I remember when I was growing up I had friends of all backgrounds and couldn't imagine having the school segregate us and tell certain ones they weren't allowed to participate based on skin color.
Do most liberals agree with policies like this? Have the kids already mastered math, science, reading, etc?
Could the students excluded from the affinity groups form their own group to talk about their shared experience of this kind of institutional discrimination or would that be considered racist?
