I just get sick of the main character being so supportive of everyone. I wish they would give you an option of telling off one of the girls once in a while in a big way. Everyone cant be so easily made happy and breakthrough their fears all the time. I guess I'm just not that positive of a person.

Aonuma said it was related to TP didnt he? I dont know the timeline in depth but I thought the fallen timeline was before WW. So my idea could still be plausible maybe, that its right before the gods or sages flooded hyrule.

@GameboyTroy: I will watch the 2 linked videos sometime soon, I'm sure they are more in depth than my simpleton theory. Just looking at that rusted sword in your other video makes me think I am wrong and its after WW.

I watch Zeltik and commonwealthrealm Zelda timeline analysis videos on YT, although I have not watched any of them that where made after e3. I recommend you check them out, great in depth speculation on BotW.

Yeah its right before WW, that is why I said the watchtowers where put there by the gods. The blue magic or energy in them makes me believe they are what release the water that we see in WW. That is why they are blue, to represent water. Link loses but I'm sure with all the wacky timelines they can make up some odd turn of events. Maybe Link loses but at least does enough to allow someone else during the flood to take down Gannon. Which is basically the story of WW.

Mario Bros, Mario Bros 3, didnt care too much for 2. Xcitebike, punchout, Captain Skyhawk, TNMNT Manhattan project, Solar Jetman, MM3, Ninja Gaiden. I was born in 82 but didnt even know about video games really until the late 80's. No kids on my street back then, just one male teenager that would let me come over when he was bored showed me his NES. He also terrorized me and my younger brother for his fun. This guy let me borrow Maniac mansion which was too advanced for me to get very far in, I tried though.

Found the other kids in the neighborhood further out like in 92, never knew they existed before that. One kid my age moved in down the street in like 89 or 90, I hung out with him until like 94 exclusively. He had an NES and 2600, we both gamed in the evening after playing outside all day. We where best friends and gamed together all the way to the N64 era.

But the very first memory, I think, was the hamburger assembling game. I played it at a Bally's fitness when my mom was working out. they had a kid center with an nes.

I remember being really enthused about the nes when I first saw it, but it was almost time for the snes by this time. So I was much more into gaming with the snes and its gaming experiences.

@outworld222: Would be crazy at the end if Link fails and you watch an epic apocalyptic flood wash over Hyrule. I dont think Nintendo would ever do something like that though.

Just some wild speculation. Maybe they are set in the ground throughout Hyrule, by the gods or sages, to flood the land if Gannon succeeds. These are the watch towers in Wind Waker.

If they made it with the same ambition and production quality as say shadow complex, then a 2d Metroid could be great for today.
