Atomic Heart score prediction

I have DLSS on Quality and sharpening at .15 or whatever the setting is in. The textures are either bugged, or just really bad on some things. I hope this is just bugged, cos it really pops out on some things.

Its by far my most hype game. even more than STALKER 2 and Atomic heart.

Dev build runs bad cos it's a dev build. The final build I'm playing has a bit of stutters, but it's few and far between.

Oof, I guess when visuals are the main draw for a video game, it's easy to overlook the subpar qualities of the rest of the game.

Same here man, I really hope System Shock finally releases next month. It is my most hyped game.

Gamespot should score it a 9/10 but not sure if they will.

There's a 67gb day one(?) update. Hopefully it fixes the awful textures.

System shock is best game of 2023 by far. and its just based on demo.

@ghosts4ever: Ignore the reviewers my freind. UnderRail got so-so scores and it's one of the best RPGs in the history of ever.

Just ignore it, judge for yourself. Bioshock 2 is better though, now objectively.

Reviewers have gotten so complicated that they can no longer declare simple notions like if a game is fun or not or if a game is good or not.

I'll read a review over at Rockpapershotgun, read a performance raport over at DSOgaming. And if a game is fun or not? I'll let steam reviewers decide that or not. A game having positive or negative reviews on steam can sway my opinion way more than a 6/10 Gamespot review ever will.

Ghost tried to hype all them failed FPSs that flopped and missed hyping the greatest FPS ever made in Metroid Prime. They could have easily broke the curse.

But you are a casual player, so casual gaming journalist should give you a more accurate gaming experience. No?

We can't all be playing online live service based multiplayer shooters. Eventhough these big sites would want to. I'm sure Gamespot already has a dozen ready-to-go articles prepared about the upcoming Xdefiant beta. Eventhough that game looks absolutely horrible.

Im gonna go ahead and cancel my System Shock preorder, The Cursed Ghost strikes again. I cant handle all this disappointment.

Cope and lies. That's a dev build without the day 1 patch. Textures and most stuttering are now fixed. I have noticed next to no stutter, if there IS any it's probably the same amount console has. Only my game runs at an exponentially higher FPS and looks better, like nearly all other games.

As for those other games you listed, nearly all are now fixed and substantially better on PC. In most cases I would rather wait for the games to get fixed (which they usually do) than play them at 30-40 fps with lower settings like on current gen consoles, which also have some stutter. That's straight up nightmare fuel, and the permanently shit experience ingrained in my brain.

IE: Hogwarts already has stutter fixes at Nexus, and I'm enjoying this game at 2-4x the FPS of PS5 (which also stutters), with higher setting to boot. Same with Returnal. Not sure why DF brought up Spider-Man, GoW, and MM, those decimate the PS5 version even going by their Face Off. Proof that even "bad" PC ports is better than playing it on console given you have a high end rig.

Dead Space is the only one that still has real issues from your list AFAIK.

Same GS reviewer gave Pentiment a 6, it's not someone I would trust his opinion. I'll definitely play it asap.
