@Bikouchu35: So you already have an IPS monitor? I also don't know which way to go monitor wise, I have a 60Hz TN, I guess after that every IPS monitor would look motion blurry.

No this one is TN. I didn't have a TN for a while so I didn't know what to expect. It does look less ugly than old TN, but it still does look ugly. I'm just going to have a joyride with this for a week then return it and wait for an 24" ips 1080p 144 config. Its pretty annoying if the big boys like LG or AUO doesn't make a certain panel than no brands can sell them obviously, so they didn't exist until recently, but hasn't come over to that states yet.

I'm more loyal to certain models than the brand itself. I'm very bi-polar in what I like at times anyway.

I hate mac, the rest of their lineups are ripoff, but I love their phones. Love Jobs and Jony Ive design.

A big fan of amd for their come back story despite using intel and nvidia for longer amounts of time.

Not a fan of lots of Honda interior and cars, but I respect their make in motors and motorsports ex. f1 and motogp.

Hate tesla, love Musk, hate suckerberg, use facebook and ig all the time.

Perhaps Uniqlo is my only thing that I'm loyal to when I discovered it in Asia years back and went to their LA soft launch.

@burntbyhellfire: I’ve never experienced anything like that with cheap mice... I buy a gaming mouse for two reasons only:

1. Higher DPi

2. Additional programmable buttons

I noticed with cheap mice they tend to be way too small. The "gamer" ones are sized right and weighted right.

On a sidenote I wouldn't touch the g502 cause the ergo is trash, the epitome of form over function, nice build quality, but every single joint on my right hand hurts.

Topic. I ordered through bestbuy and it arrived at the store. I'm thinking if I should pick it up or cancel it then wait for those ips 1080p panels to arrive.

Lol, I spend 30 minutes throughout my shift 10-keying all the bad labels on meds that wont scan at work. Also I always use tenkey for numbers, period. Its just that much faster. I only see gaming keyboards being tkl being widely used. Having to punch numbers on a single row is almost as painful as typing with a gamepad to me. I'm totally not against having a tkl and seperate numpad though.

If you don't care about music and higher fidelity stuff than a Razer kraken should suffice. It's $50 for open box on Amazon which is half price, which is more in line with how it sounds to price ratio.

am i missing something? All those charts, Intels old 9900k is beating the AMD cpu each time. How is Intel "fucked"? The newer AMD cpu can't even beat it in single threaded performance, and the 9900k isn't even overclocked.

Other than the lower cost of AMD cpu, this looks like its still worth while buying the 9900k and overclocking it. AMDs move to pci express gen 4 and need for more powerful vrms to power the extra cores also increased price of their boards, making buying the AMD cpu less tempting. Seems pretty disappointing if your looking to get an AMD cpu for gaming.

I was waiting and thinking of upgrading my 4770k later this year to AMD maybe, but seems pretty pointless if those charts are correct, the 9900k is still superior.

Thats their base $200 6 core, I'd say they did pretty good. Still got to wait for the nda to break to get a conclusive picture.
