@bill_windows It'll be on PC eventually. It's selling like hotcakes based on the hype train. Now with all the mixed reviews, sales are going to drop off substantially. They'll make a PC version to help recoup some of the costs they put into the game. It won't be hard given that the PS4 and Xbone both share X86 architecture.
@analogjunkie24 Yep. I've been mostly trying to uphold this since Battlefield 2 in 2005. It was over 9, I bought it first day, and got burned with an incomplete mess of a game that kept getting rebalanced every couple days to appease the complainers. It got way better over a year down the road, but I could have waited and saved money and annoyances.
@real_mcgamer 50 hours of gameplay? A person shouldn't have to 100% a game to figure out if they like it or not. I figured out from an hour of the Destiny beta that it wasn't for me and the game would be receiving mixed reviews across the board. And by the looks of things on Metacritic, it is.

@real_mcgamer How is the review biased? Are you angry that such an overhyped game is recieving critical feedback? You are the reason why gaming journalists are scared to give games that receive any kind of marketing lower than a 9/10. You are the reason why gaming journalism is now pretty much a joke in terms of credibility and consistency.
I remember a day when it was possible to actually follow a review publication and actually take decent recommendations based on their reviewer and what they said about a game.
Now, all we have is a bunch of shills (Kevin not included) who get starry-eyed when the publisher gives them free swag, and just gives a game a 10/10 without even thinking. AND THEY GET PAID FOR THIS.
He gave the game the review and score he thought it deserved. He is entitled to his opinion just so much as you are. Now, if the game is so amazingly good, why are you here bitching about a score when you should be playing it?
I'm very glad you, Kevin, were able to give the game an honest score. I played the beta and WANTED to love the game, but felt similar things. It felt like a lifeless world yet was designed to be something so much more. I hope this signals the future of Gamespot's reviews being more about the game and their evaluation than some social debate on supposed "equality" in games.
